Property Description
Our Siofok apartment is situated directly in the city center only 500 m from the beach and Coca Cola Beach House or Coke Club. The block of flats, where the apartment is, is equipped with a lift and is totally new built. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor with nice view on the city.
The area of the holiday rental is 55 sqm. It has a living room with a kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms for 4 people altogether both with double beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The living room contains a TV set and an air-conditioning. A big balcony opens from the living room with garden furniture and a small BBQ. There is an extra bed possibility in the living room on the sleeping couch.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, stove, over, crockery, cutlery, glasses and plates.
If you have a car, you can park with it in a closed parking area right next to the house.
The apartment is furnished with new and nice furniture.
